Arrow Check out this PDF on basic squad formations

Last night was good times on the TG server. Played in a squad with a cat named Unity?? from the UK I think. Excellent teamwork man. One of the only times MEC won while I was on. To the SHORELINE!

Anywho I got a little curious this morning and dug up this PDF that outlines some basic squad tactics. Very useful for not only on foot but mounted as well.

"Support game play in a near-simulation environment. Where the focus of play would not be solely on doing what it takes to win, but doing so utilizing real-world combat strategy and tactics rather than leveraging exploits provided to players by the design of the game engine, regardless of the level of advantage, if any, it gives over the opposing team." -- Tactical Gamer Primer

Nice link! I hadn't found that one yet.

Here are a couple that I thought were pretty good:

And my favorite:

These are great resources. I bet we'll see more use out of this thread as more people get into the swing of things.

Is there any special tactis for players that like to drink and play drunk? Like the drunken monkey kung-fu thing? :-)
