|BOT| tags on the tg #1 public server

ive been seeing some wierd |BOT| tags on the taticalgamer.com public server #1. i havent actually been ingame with the people since i saw them from my crappy window's comp thats running xfire. whats the deal with them? there were at least 6 people with them on and they were |BOT|atomic dog, and 9v i think.
