It already is!
Somehow a second BF2 server process got started and I wasn't able to get it shut down. The second instance was causing a ghost of the server to appear in the server browser along with the real server and the VoIP functionality in-game stopped working. I did a physical reboot of the server and everything came back on-line normally. I have also tracked down what caused the ghost process to start and made changes to prevent it from happening in the future.
