How to pronounce my name
Ok, I used to go by a gamer tag of Anti_Visual for about 10 years, but I have changed it to an acronym for a site I run and for something used on message boards I post on.
It is pronounced HA-TALL-TUH I get people that try to figure it out everytime I play, so now you guys get it. It is an acronym standing for hello and welcome to a long time ago Check out the urban dictionary for the definitions and example of uses: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=hawtalta |

Re: How to pronounce my name
This sounds like a good thread for players with odd looking/sounding names to explain how it is pronounced. There are definitely some players where I have to pause to think of how to pronounce the name.

Re: How to pronounce my name
Bommando is a bit long for most people in a firefight. It's my real name Bodog (of Hungarian origin) combined with Commando.
Easier to use "Bo" or "Bom" if you prefer. |

Re: How to pronounce my name
Gape - in - ate - err
but seriously though, it's usually the Gape part. Not Gap. It's an old army nick from my M60 days. My last name is Gapen (Gape - in). Gape is fine, or anything else you want to call me. I'm easy. And yes, I've heard them all =) Most people get it right, so it's not a biggie.

Just a little warning to everyone who plays with me. I like to pull things like the Leroy Jenkin's videos. I like to get a little crazy sometimes. |
