Monday Night on BF2 #1
Just wanted to apologise to the guys that I rammed with my mig like 4 times last night. I was having a bad night and for some reason kept turning my plane exactly opposite of what I wanted to do, and that had unfortunate consequences. That being said the way that I was verbally berated by one of the gys that was plioting the chopper evertyime I screwed up was uncalled for, but I will still be the bigger man and apologize publicly.

SIDE NOTE: I have never taken part in such a one-sided as I did last night on the Oman map. I think it was MEC-411 USMC-0 in the end. |

Ah, Rince. King of collateral damage.
He did a great job keeping the enemy vehicles in check that game. At least his enemy kills greatly outnumber the friendlies ![]() |

Re: Monday Night on BF2 #1
TEMM, it was a bad night for everyone flying in the air. I Collided no less than 5 times with the enemy. 3 of those times I had no idea they were in the air. The other ones were me pulling in the same direction as the target (fun ensues). Collisions happen
I try to apologise while the victims are still dead ![]() That and I took out a friendly squad on Dalian... they zoomed right next to an enemy buggy or maybe the buggy zoomed to them. Either way my 2000 lb. bombs missed the buggy and hit the APC. It looked beautiful in the air... untill the |TG|Rincewind [TEAMKILLS] *** shewd up. :P (Sorry guys)

Always pick targets furthest from you when telling me to drop bombs on them, unless you're feeling suicidal.Favorite part of last night was an F-15 flyby that got about 8 enemy footsoldiers. Someone asked if the commander was using artillary...

b0mb3r = teh TK kingz0r
The greates negative teamwork scores are ALWAYS on the bomber pilot. Even bad arty strikes can't keep up. This is especially bad when he can't get a gunner, cuz then all he can do is carpet-bomb. I luv it, tho... It is my Flying Twinkie of LUV.

Re: Monday Night on BF2 #1
I've done a few rounds in jets, including the F15, this past week-end and yesterday... After a few teamkills (but nothing as bad as wiping out an entire friendly squad, really), I have become better at finding a path with no blue lights in the minimap. A trick I read in another thread is to have the map set at 80-90% transparency, and have it maximized all the time. You can see the terrain through it, but you have the big picture of where friendlies are. Helped me a lot.
