Another GJ to my squad

I was "thrust" into a SL role on #2 for a few rounds last night, and wanted to give a shoutout to my squad for a GREAT defensive job on Oilfields. We were defending the eastern base (gas station) for most of the game, and my guys (despite my lack of command skills) held onto that thing for quite awhile.

We seemed to be the key focus of the USMC commander, as well as their Cobra. When the Cobra wasn't after us, the enemy Arty was raining down. This was usually followed by a tank and an APC or two assaulting the base - once I think there were at least 4 armored vehicles that came in at once - 2 tanks and 2 APC's I think. Oh and the Blackhawk a few times for good measure. With us having the base AT gun, several guys playing AT, and our lone tank crew we managed to fight them off until we lost the base to our west and were ordered to assault that one.

The USMC had taken a few other flags and made a go of it, but by that time we were WAY ahead on points. I think our bleeding 'em at that base had a lot to do with it - GREAT job guys. I'm glad y'all had a clue and weren't relying on me for any great nuggets of wisdom LOL
