Total 0wnage - MEC/China Sunday Night
Man, last night props to Chinese and MEC forces (depending on the map). Map after map after map the US couldn't get a single win. Ok we had some bad commanders and some bad SLs but I mean to win an entire map rotation, you gotta be doing something right. I promised my squad I wouldn't go until we won a single map, but it was already 2 AM and we were losing our 5th consecutive map since I had joined, so sorry to disappoint.
We got best squad twice in a row, so at least it wasn't in vain. So good job to our opposition, however infuriating it was. |

Re: Total 0wnage - MEC/China Sunday Night
It was definitely rewarding to be on the winning side for a streak.
I was China/MEC SL for Peninsula and FuShe, then CO for Shongua Stalemate once Lord Zar(something) resigned. BTW - that was my first CO experience in combat. I was still just working out finer points of the UI. So I apologize if your CO seemed insane. The hardest part for me was determining where squads were. You can easily tell where the SL is - but his squad may not be with him. When I see some units in an area that I want to move somewhere nearby, and I click on them, it doesn't seem to reliably indicate to me what squad they're with. I finally found slightly better success using the number keys - it seemed to highlight the squad's position on the map a LITTLE better. Still, EVERY unit on the map was green - as if they were in my squad. But, of course, I wasn't in a squad. Does any one else have the same issues?

Re: Total 0wnage - MEC/China Sunday Night
If you click on a squad on the left hand side, it will turn all members of that squad white on the minimap, along with the SL. So, you can tell at a glance where a squad is, what vehicles they are in and how spread out they are by clicking on the squad number or using the key for their number to select them. They will all turn white.
