Let's try to get a server filled with Europeans and US daytime players.
If you're interested, join: Bf2 server #1 7 pm GMT (= 2 pm EST) Starting today, saturday 08-06. I'll see you there! ![]() (Admin, sticky?) edit: changed to server #1 Last edited by Ol'Smoke; 08-06-2005 at 11:33 AM. |

Re: European gamers read this.
Definitely interested, but prolly not available this evening...bit short-notice for me
![]() Have to say I don't think I've played a game on TG where there hasn't been at least one other European in the squad |

Look promising. Afraid I don't think I can be there this evening, but hope this does not upset you? I mean just because I can't today, don't think I'm interested.
When I can play (weekdays) it will be around 19:00 localtimes (= GMT+1), hope to see you guys on this awesome servcer. We had a match yesterday evening, not a lot of people and when it finally was getting full, I think the servers crashed (#2), becuase I could not find it anymore. As I said hope to get in to (armoured)contact with you guys. C.U. Marco |

Re: European gamers read this.
Ack, would love to make it again (although it was server 1 not 2 we ended up on last night, I did think that it was a fair bit busier than it normally is that time of day) I can't make it.
Strange girlfriends and their need to celebrate anniversaries... ![]() Good luck tho - I think it is a great idea really. We have a lot of people asking about where to go that time of day because the server is so quiet, and if they all just hopped on I reckon there is some good gaming to be done ![]() *ps server 2 did crash, and it took a min to come back up on the screen. About 6 of us headed back in, but then we moved over to join server #1.

Re: European gamers read this.
It would be very helpful if we could get an admin on the server to make sure the rules are obeyed.
Any of the admins got time between 2 pm (est), and say 5 pm (est), weekdays or weekends? (7 pm - 10 pm GMT) PS. We will have to be a little patient with this. If we don't get enough players tonight I will post a new date on the forums. It would be very helpful to get some support from the admins. Ie: -try to get a admin on the server -make this sticky -spread the word ![]() |

You guys keep talking about this, figure out when's a good time to do it and make it a weekly event. We can then sticky an announcement thread and put it on the TG calendar. Spreading the word is your job, not the admins! And this thread is a fine job of doing exactly that!

Re: European gamers read this.
Living in the UK I probably get on before the other admins can (but of course leave before the others too). Even if I'm not playing, I will be on TS and about if I am at my comp. If I am playing please give me a moment after asking for an admin, as most likely I'll be informing my squad of our next desperate ploy.
![]() Obviously I can't promise I'll be on every night, but I am about a fair bit.

Re: European gamers read this.
Fortunately I made it to the server tonight and I was really impressed that there were that many players during normal gmt times. Wonderful!
Spread out the word of this great community to more europeans! I am sure there are more out there who'd like to escape from the european public server hell ![]() |

Re: European gamers read this.
Well sometimes I get people who think I'm an admin, does that count? Really do I look like an admin or something? Is it the floppy hat? Hell if I know. Just an FWI for anyone still confused, I AM NOT AN ADMIN, I CAN"T KICK ANYONE, AND I CAN'T STOP THEM FROM RAMMING YOU! Have a nice day. =)
