Kicked and Banned - for being too good?

A couple of nights ago i joined Tactical Gamer and played well for awhile. Eventually we got to Mashtuur City.

Well, i spawned as Allies, grabbed the heavy tank and parked myself on the bridge across from the mosque and pouned the MEC as they spawned. I must have knocked out 26 guys and a tank before i died when i foolishly got too close to the spawn and was C4'ed.

I noticed no one else was Commander, so i elected to be Commander and was not opposed. I did this for awhile but with my artillery dead i wasn't much help, so although i killed, oh, 10 or 12 guys with arty strikes (including a couple squads spawning on tops of buildings, i quit being Commander on my own initative, and chose to be a Sniper for awhile.

I spawned at the Mosque while the high-rise buildings across to the north were held by the MEC. Several enemies were holding the roof. I lay down on the floor of the Mosque facing North - and noticed i could see all the way across to the High Rise! I could see the *outlines* of the MEC troops on the rooftop (many of whom were [TG]). In fact the clipping plane was in the middle of the building itself and if they walked to the other side of the roof they couldn't see me. So i sat there and sniped them . I'm not bad at making headshots on prone targets.

I noticed it must have annoyed them because they were sending guys to the pillbox to draw my fire. As soon as he stopped moving, he got a bullet to his head. It must have killed them not knowing were i was.

Finally i died, somehow. When they figured out where i was, i'm sure they started chatting to themselves "omg cheater", or whatever. Because about 2 minutes later, i got kicked. I left with around 55-9 or something, not that outstanding but not shabby for all infantry.

I tried to join just now and found i was banned! Kicked and banned for being too good? Crazy, i've never been any good at FPS games . Like to unban me now?

Hi. Welcome to TacticalGamer. Please read the SOP and Announcement forum, and pay careful attention to this thread in particular.

We neither kick nor ban for people being too good, but we do kick and ban for people not following protocols in situations like this. This thread is an example of breaking protocol.
