Operation Flashpoint returns to Tactical Gamer

Tactical Gamer is pleased to announce that we have brought back Operation Flashpoint in preparation of Bohemia Interactive's upcoming release of Armed Assault. Those of you that have been around for some time will remember our Operation Flashpoint servers as well as our CTI marathons we used to play on Sunday afternoons. Those days are returning once again!

Operation Flashpoint is an intensive combat simulation featuring massive environments, multiple player classes, a wide variety of civilian, armored and other military vehicles, an endless assortment of available weapons, and a HIGHLY realistic damage model. The game is a bit old, but the gameplay is VERY immersive.

A review of Operation Flashpoint is available if you would like to see a few screenshots and read up one some additional information about the game if you're interested in picking it up to play with us. The OFP Game of the Year (OFP GOTY) edition is available on Amazon.com for a mere $20.

If you're ready to get into the action, check out the thread in our Operation Flashpoint Announcement Forums that provides information on our two OFP servers. We are running one server 24/7 with the MFCTI mod and one with dynamic campaigns and mixed co-op missions.

An official announcement will be made to set up a regularly occuring MFCTI event in about a week. See you on the server!
