Can you advise a newbe to config?

My Internet Server list is always blank!
I have no router, just cable modem.
Norton Internet Security 2002 - Have set the "internet access control"; for "FalconAF application" custom access is modified to communicate remote port 2934 and 2935 TCP & UDP.
Falcon 4.0 internet multiplayer screen - Internet Server list is blank for LAN or Internet
I can't see any servers, even with Norton turned off.
Whats gone wrong? Can you help?

No servers will show up, it isn't a lobby, just a phone book for storing servers. This is normal.
