Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Root: Welcome to TG. Feel free to punctuate your sentences correctly. Monkerz: Its gonna take all my skills to beat those boys off in the future.

Re: TG getting props

Honestly it seems like a lot of people are missing out on the TG server because of over-crowding. Someone suggested once that overflow be redirected to the ghost town(server #2). Seems like there are enough players unable to connect that that may be a feasible idea. If possible on the coding end of course.

Yes, if it's possible to reroute players joining server 1 to server 2 when it lists 62/64
I think it would fill up in no time at all. I'm no coder though and it may interfere with the reserved slot system even if a script is developed.

I believe this is on Pokerface's to do list. Hopefully it wont make the not possible list.

Even if this is possible I'm not sure how well it would work. People will join up and it'll be an all but empty server, so they'll probably disconnect anyways. Course that's just my theory, I'd like to see it work though because it was nice when there was 2 choices of maps to play for TG when Kubra Dam or the Oilfields hits one of them.

Yeah...If it is possible, I'd sure like to see what happens. I think we might be surprised to see the second server be utilized a bit more.

Re: TG getting props

Ok, let me chime in here..

A. It's probably impossible.
B. We've considered this in the past with other, smaller games and still decided it was not a good idea.

People will come, see a full server and join it. If they can't, or someone gets kicked, and they end up on an empty server, they'd be rather confused and likely unhappy.

I've seen this method utilized in other games and if the first server is popular enough, which I definitely think TG#1 is during peak hours, the second one has no trouble getting filled. Once it gets 7-8 people in it alot of players won't automatically just bail when they load in, they'll stick around for a bit and within minutes another 4-5 people have shown up.

Good find Pickle. It is good to know that the TG way of life is getting around. Have played with a few of them and have had nothing but good times. Good going to all our members for sharing our community with every one outside of Tactical Gamer.
