SF E and E tips

I notice E and E is pretty difficult. There are alot of points where scouts can see you but you can't see them. There are also alot of wrong ways to go.

Point A to B is pretty straight forward. After Point B it's kinda confusing because you can head left or right. I tried left and it's just about impossible. To the right is much easier.

The guards seem to spot according to visual and hearing. In the dark or not if they are looking at you and your within visual range, you'll be spotted. You have to time your movements so your not visual while they are looking in your direction, if your close enough to them. About 200 meters seemed the distance.

In some parts you can run but no matter if nobody is around, dogs will pick up your noise from running and you can still be spotted. I only ran at 2 points without being spotted.

I managed to make it in 15 minutes with about 10 retries.

That's about all i can think of atm. feel free to add.

I did the E&E training back when it first came out, and it sure was a PITA. A couple times I got to the end and couldn't figure out how to actually make it finish off the level -- if that wasn't frustrating. Those guards do seem to have superman like senses! I can't remember how long it took me to pass it, but I finally did, and I hope to never have to do it again!

It takes me 12 minutes to do E&E, and only one try. But then, I've been doing it for people since 2.1

Crawl the whole time. Use the ravines as much as possible, you usually have to crouch to get up a ravine wall, do it then go back prone. Try to time it to where the guards are looking away.

My comp is down, if my dad will let me use his then I'll be playing AA with you guys soon.

Re: SF E and E tips

The first time I did E&E it took me FOREVER to get through it. Probably close to 45 minutes. When I finally did complete it, the AA auth servers were down and it didn't save my jacket properly.

I fired it up again a few days later and breezed right through the E&E. No problem there at all.

The ravines do help. As do the trees and bushes, just be careful not to make too much noise while you're pushing through the trees.
