Wish I could play

I downloaded America's Army like 2 years ago and never really played so I deleted it. Didn't UNINSTALL because it didn't have an uninstall file. So... just recently I downloaded the full version of America's Army 2.5 and tried to install it and it said I needed to uninstall an old version of America's Army before I can install 2.5. I searched my whole computer and I don't have a single file that I can find that relates to America's Army. Very frustrating...

Anyways, if anyone here knows of a way to fix this then please please let me know.

It's most likely something in your registry you need to remove. You could run regedit and then do a search for "America's Army" and delete all the registry keys you find. But I'd be careful if you're not too familliar with regedit.

Think you need to get rid of Army Ops also, had 2 names back in the day.

Or if that doesn't work just reinstall the old one and uninstall it again.

I use a system tool called system mechanic that searches out for programs and bad registry entries.

You can use registry mechanic for free though to help out. www.download.com has a free download of it.
