Restarting Server on PW Nights

I'm trying to find out how people feel about the server being restarted for the PW at 0130 GMT (2030 EST) wednesday night (technically thursday, i s'pose).

I realize the servers are US based, but since we have so many International members at this point, doesn't this seem relatively late, all things considered?

Anyone have any thoughts, concerns, or opinions on this?

I rarely get the chance to play that late but I think it would be welcomed by all Europeans if you would start earlier
