Post How I'm Doing As Squad Leader

I had been squad leader for three day playing on TG server squad call the 187th MICS. Slugslinger is mostly the main squad leader I play under but he has been AFK for awhile. How was I doing as squad leader the people that were playing with me? Any feedback is good. For me to learn how to be a better squad leader.

Re: How I'm Doing As Squad Leader

I havent played with you yet, so its hard to gauge, but from what i see when opposing you, it seems like you are doing a good job. I guess the only advice i can give so far would be is when attacking a flag, try mixing it up alot so it makes it harder for the defending team.

Next time i see you as a leader ill def join to see how you are doing.

Hey Lunisicx,

Haven't played in your squad, but played against you on Daqing at the East Oilfield. If I remember correctly, it took a couple trips to the Oilfields and it took my squad and a second to push your men out. Even then, your guys respawned and put up defense.

Just keep at it and not only will you get a better feel for SL, but you will get a following of guys who have a better feel for your style. I'll look you up if your SL.

Re: How I'm Doing As Squad Leader

I think I played on your squad yesterday (Friday 11/18) evening. I wasn't able to stay for the whole game, but while I was there, you did a good job. You communicated well, came up with some good strategies and directed pretty well. I could tell there was some mild hesitancy on your part, but you kept at it. The best thing was that you just kept talking and giving us directions. Just keep doing it and you'll get better.

I played against you, and I although I can't comment too in-depthly, it was pretty clear your squad was very deadly. That's a good start

Re: How I'm Doing As Squad Leader

Yeah Lunisicx ... I was squaddie while you were SL for a lot of the maps tonight. I don't remember specifically which ones, but I do remember commenting that you were pretty good at giving "objectives" without giving "orders" down to the last detail. I like that style in a SL. Also, if you died, you didn't automatically start saying "respawn on me." hehe -- I hate when SLs do that!
