Error Message

Ok, I keep getting an error message with CSS. The conditions are:
1. The game is already started
2. I tab out to do something in Windows (hush you Linux people)
3. I return to the game
The message reads: ”Failed to lock index buffer in CMeshDX8::LockIndexBuffer”

I have never had this issue before the last update the other night. Is anybody having something similar?
The good news is that I can still play, I just can’t minimize while in game anytime.
