Minicamp graduates

How many people do we have in the irregs who have done one or more of the minicamps? I have done a couple and i know March and Drizzid have been at at least one. Whiskey instructs, anyone else gone through the minicamps? Just trying to find some info.

That is what this thread might angle towards at some point.

And at the risk of hijacking my own thread what was JO? Some part of TG lore i have missed?

Re: Minicamp graduates

JO = Joint Operations. Fun working as one large TG army towards AI enemy. Good stuff.

Re: Minicamp graduates

I haven't done one yet so when you know when the next one is,
count me in. Would be a good time to learn squad tactics and such

Re: Minicamp graduates

The minicamps are normally 8pm EST which equates to 1am GMT. Not too bad for the UK but a bit early in the morning for Israel say. At the moment im just thinking about numbers. The minicamp normally has about 15 slots with their three instructors. Therefore if interest from the irregs is above about the five mark (which it looks like it probably will) we might need to give some instructors to make sure all our members can get in and that we dont end up bogarting all the slots and preventing new TGers and mincamp regulars from getting a place.

I know whiskey six already instructs at the camp and i was thinking that maybe some of us who have done the basic buddy rush drills could maybe start passing that knowledge on to those who haven't. In this way we could get a good progression going, one generation teaches the next. This leaves the other instructors to move on to the more advanced tactics or concentrate on brand new TGers.

What are peoples thoughts on this? Do you think it is practical/possible? Would people be willing to contribute to this? I know i wouldnt mind passing what i have learnt on, even though my real server application is a bit dodgy still, i think i could probably teach the theory ok.

Thoughts....

Re: Minicamp graduates

I could do on Sundays if the timesetting is allright and would be up for it.
Normally I'm available the whole Sunday (unless I had a difficult evening before (read hangover)).
