TG BF2 League: Vote on your favorite maptime.

MY GOD, I almost forgot the most important part of this post the super time link. Of Bommando "'What time will it be in my time zone?' Work it out." fame.

Although I find this time stuff inifinitely confusing, this is simple. I'm setting up a ten option poll(the max number of options). Each option is a time. I want you to vote on your favorite playtime. Of all the choices choose the one you can make the most often. For simplicity's sake this time is for both week nights and weekends. Sorry.

So choose the time that you will be most likely to make. Because of the way the league is setup there will end up being matches on all days of the week eventually. So if this time you vote on only works for you on the weekends and a hard look at your play time shows that you are at that dark point in a gamer's life when he can only game on the weekend, then vote for your favorite weekend time. If you're the Fanz and all tha ladies keep you from gaming on a Saturday night, then vote your weeknight time.

This poll will only be open for 48 hours. Only votes of players on the Master Player List will be counted.

It's just for the preseason and I want to get this thing started. So excuse the lack of fairness or whatever. If you're not yet on the list PM me and I'll add you to get your vote tallied. If on the other hand there is some time, I may have a runoff poll of the most popular time groupings. As it is I can only have everyother time on the hour for popular timezones. The times that get the most votes may be better represented in another poll. So like you'd see an hour for each US timezone, 3 for Europe, and 3 for Australia or something.

I think that about wraps this up. If I stay on the ball with this, there's going to be about 5 rapid-fire poll threads like this about various last minute league topics in the near future so keep an eye out.

Alternatively, vote for your country or city timezone. I got the name with each time. If you live in Australia vote Syndey and I'll have a Syndey time runoff poll later. Same for Israel, and Europe.

If you feel unsure of how to vote or like live on a island in the South Pacific, post about it. We'll see if we can find a way to get you represented.

The league will have rotating map start times based on like the top 5 or so winners of these polls. So hopefully everyone everywhere with every domestic and time management arrangement can play.

Ignoring smaple size again, it looks like about 20% of League TGers prefer game times not in North America.

They'll probably be an run-off to flesh out the exact North American timezone prefences as well as a bit more specificity around Europe and Australia.
