Hey it this mod server side or client I can't find the linky to download. Also is this the reality mod? Just under a different name? The current version is .6 right?

It's SgtDuke's Tactical Mod, it's client-side, and you can download it here. Next week there's a playtest for v0.6 (the current version), which you can learn about here.
