why delete my question?

this is serious, you can't just censor when something thats going to cause you trouble comes up and think its going to go away. you have to solve these problems!

i can see now what kind of community tsn is.. sigh i had such high hopes for it.

I have no record of anyone deleting any of your posts.

If that's the case, the post was locked because the individual didn't follow the clearly defined rules regarding issues like this on the servers. That action I fully support as we have a procedure in place to deal with these types of issues. Starting crusades in the forums isn't part of that procedure.

Pupsik,

Your last thread was locked, as it was contrary to the rules of the community, as well as the rules in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Battlefield 2. The admin in question was not censoring your post, merely inforcing the rules.

How was he doing so?

First, we require maturity and respect for all posts in the Tactical Gamer forums.

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/?page=faq_community

"Don't be dicks" as a thread title is both immature, abusive, and disrespectful.

That alone is enough to get a thread locked.

Next, if you were banned, we have rules on how to conduct yourself on the server for each game we host. Those rules, for BF2, are here:

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlef...-server-rules/

and here:

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlef...ng-procedures/

There are some things which are not covered in there which are understood as being counter to Tactical Gamer style gameplay, which is best expressed in the primer, which is here:

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/tactica...er-primer.html

If you have an issue, all of the above linked resources should lead you to the proper channels to resolve the issue.

As Apophis has stated, the admin acted properly.

If you, your clanmates, or anyone else disagrees with the procedures in place, you are welcome to avoid our servers in the future.

I found a bunch of clan links via google, all of which were basically of the homeade webpage variety:

The Scorpions Nest
Terror Squad Netherlands
The Shadow Ninjas
Team Shadow Net

All of which us TSN as a clan tag.

Re: why delete my question?

Nope, he mentioned TSN in *both* posts...so it's not a typ-o.

I think he had a bad experience there and thinks he's on their forums...

ooops??

Re: why delete my question?

I don't have any moderator priveleges on any forum -- wasn't me that locked the thread. And, like I said, I don't know what game he was referring to either.

pupsik, please contact an admin for the game you play and I'm sure your issue can be handled and you can go back to having fun on our servers

Re: why delete my question?

OK, pupsik has been answered. If he doesn't post here again, can we please let this thread die? I don't want it locked in case pupsik is still confused and has some questions to ask us.
