From what I can see, it's one of those non-binding House things, and Nancy Pelosi once again steps in it, keepin' it real for her constituents in San Fran.

The title of the resolution probably is the text... It's a way of an official, non-partisan opinion being entered into the Congressional records. It carries a lot more weight than opinions being quoted in the media, and it sends an immediate message to the other branches of government, the people of the United States and the rest of the world.

I'm betting the reason those sick liberals didn't vote for this resolution was due to the praise that was expressed for the majority of our Armed Forces. I'm beginning to agree with one of Michael Savage's opinions: liberalism is a nasty, debilitating disease that must be stopped. To vote against this resolution is just disgusting...

Your source is incorrect, I believe. The only independent in the House voted for this resolution and a Republican voted against it...
