Im looking forward to STALKER (have been since they announced it), GRAW, HL2 aftermath, and maybe MOHAA airborne. I think stalkers gonna have me hooked though, even despite it being probably exclusvly single player.

UT2k7 and Quake Wars look like the best online games there. Stalker looks like the singleplayer winner, maybe it will actual not be delayed to 2010.
