I ran Cat5e to both upstairs bedrooms. I've learned my lesson: don't game on wireless. I use it for my laptop.

Re: Entertainment Center Upgrade

thought about ditching the bottom piece? just my personal opinion, but I think it'd look better w/ the TV on the floor, flanked by the two tall cabinets... move that bottom wide cabinet over along another wall or something....

I wanted the TV up off the ground for easier viewing from my recliner.

Man, me and my hawaiian shirt sure would look good sitting in front of your TV. It would add to the ceiling fan and window shade theme...

The bass that sub puts out is more than enough to rattle half of my house, and it's dialed down... WAY down.

Re: Entertainment Center Upgrade

Lose the fan, it's huge and would most likely slightly block the view of the television if someone was stadning behind it(unless you are a family of midgets).
