Pubraid channel on TS

Where did it go? It is no longer available in the Battlefield2 subchannel.

As a supporting member, you can ask a TeamSpeak Admin (indicated by (R SA) after their name) to grant you registration rights. Then, get yourself registered and logged in with that registered account - you'll have an (R) after your name once you get it set up right. Registered users have the permissions to create (sub)channels, so you can create it yourself

I'm a registered user on TS and I've just created a 'Pubbie Raid' sub-channel, as well as a sub-channel for E1st

Do I send them a message in TS or should I use a forum PM instead?

Just hollar at em in TS.. It only takes them a click or two to grant you registration rights.
