My guess is its a bunch of guests that somehow found out about the TG map contest? Did someone post about it in a more popular BF2 forum?

They read every page they can find on a website so that they can add the pages to the search engine. Look at the results on this search -- Google didn't find out about the 349,000 pages by magic.. although, the way Google sometimes ranks pages, you'd think they work on magic or simply let pigeons do the work.

The search bots are the things that index the forum so when you do a google search it can post a link to our forums.
