Anyone know how to save streaming media?

Lowdrag just posted this url: http://www.nathanadams.com/WeSupportU.htm and I'd love to be able to save that flash on my computer.

I'd also like to be able to save other forms of streamed video.

If anyone has a good method/program to do this, I'd me very appreciative!

Look in your IE cache folder after you view it and you can drag & drop it out to someplace to save...

right click and save target as..............

http://www.nathanadams.com/WeSupportU.swf

or view source, see where the path to the media is, and point your web browser right to it...... (but some ppl might frown on that.)
