RAMP Start Procedure
FYI: (letter) = US standard size, the other is A4.
Try not to use keyboard shortcuts when Ramping - this way you'll learn the cockpit a lot more. This has the cockpit panels pictured at the top and opens in wordpad for those of you that don't have MS office. Letters in parenthesis () denote the panel you should refer to.
