Call of Duty 2 Night 06/21/2006 (Wednesday)

Please join us this Wednesday for our next official Call of Duty 2 Night, starting around 8pm Eastern. You can find general information about the server and our mods here. We play the game a little differently from how standard Call of Duty 2 is played, so be sure to come and see what we're all about.

Keep in mind that we have plenty of new maps (15 in total) on the server to play; most of these are large maps that offer a plethora of tactical opportunities. Let's get a good turnout so we can really take advantage of these new maps.

I may need someone to xfire me If I'm playing SWG while this is going on :P I loose track of time in that game, it's evil.

Provided I can keep my mind on track, I'll be there. Missing my CoD2 TG goodness

Aye, think I played some of those big ones one night with strag, bonehead and red... small game, big maps... was fun, but would be sure to be a better game with more bodies to aim at

I do not know about the rest of you guys, but 1 night a week doesn't seem to be enough for me.

I would agree. Unfortunately, we can barely get enough players to show up one night a week, let alone multiple nights.

I can see how the popularity of COD2 has fallen after talking to other supporting members and I remember it too.

Yeah, and I'm not sure why that is. The server is in great shape and we have plenty of large new maps to play. Folks are missing out.

For tonight's action, I've added two new maps to the server -- see the last two map entries in this post for details. One of these new maps is among the best, if not THE best, Call of Duty 2 maps I've seen yet.

This brings the total of custom maps running on our server to 17! Be sure to come on tonight and check them out!
