Banned?!?!

I got banned for no reason i wasent even doing anything it was the other members in my clan. I told them to stop but they didnt listen, I dont really think you should ban everyone for 1 or 2 ppl being stupid. I enjoy playing in the server and i think i should be unbanned.

I think someone needs to read the SOPs, then they will know what to do to remedy this situation.
