July 4th Artillery

In the great state of Texas, you can find fireworks stands lined up all over the place. But in Houston, it's illegal to light up fireworks (fire hazards or something). Since I live outside of the city limits, it's fair game for my neighborhood. But every since the introduction of artillery shells (literally), the fireworks are now more intense than ever. The funny thing is, this year I began to play BF2. So whenever I heard any artillery shells being lit last night, I instantly thought of finding cover.

Oh, I'm very sure he's tired of hearing this, but Happy 4th Jimmy2Hand!

**So sorry about putting this in the AA Report section. I meant to do it in General Discussion**

Re: July 4th Artillery

Thanks mate......

Last november i decided not to invest in a pile of fireworks like normal but to invest in two super fireworks. The "armageddon" ground based firework was very impressive, a solid minute of ear splitting booms which when they faded left a car alarm sounding. Maybe coincidental but i like to think it was my handiwork. The second was a rocket which barely fitted in my car and that i had to dig a launch pit for. I was a little disapointed it didnt release an EMP but it turned about a mile of ground into daylight. I feel sorry for wherever that stick landed because that beast was huge.

Quality over quantity is my motto now.

Re: July 4th Artillery

Got a picture? I went to this thing called "lake of fire" on one of the smaller finger lakes, and at 10:00, everybody around the lake lights up flares so you have a huge ring of light around the lake, not to mention lots of fireworks .

My keyboard is typing 4 "O's" whenever I press oooo oooonce like that.
