I have actually seen this happen b4, I believe that it is in the Picture/Screenshot section...It is really wierd to see this but FREAKING FUNNY AS HELL. There were plenty of times I hit the enemy with a smoke or flash and was wondering when this was gonna happen to me.

Its only a nade kill??
In 1.6 and cz scrims I can get triple and quad nades some of the guys even have 80-100hp and i can kill them witha single nade

Tyrant its a flashbang kill.... he got hit directly with the flashbang itself. It is actually pretty rare a situation as the victim has to be down to 1hp and get hit with a flash or smoke(hense the GIANT flashbang between the names)
