Announcement : New admins

Over the past few weeks, Poe, Whistlers Mother and Gogeta have done an outstanding job of keeping order on our server, in their capacity as temp admins. They've also been involved in a lot of work behind the scenes of PCS, which will begin to see the light of day shortly.

All three have previously earned PCS Proven status, and I am now delighted to announce that all three have accepted my invitation to join the PCS Admin team. Guys - thank you for your continued efforts on and off the server.
