I have 2 netgear wireless routers. One is on the middle floor of my house, and the other is upstairs. The one in the middle is broadcasting wireless internet. I wand the one upstairs to receive the signal and hook that computer up to the internet.

Chances are, probably not since you don't say what exactly you have.. See this page from Netgear's support site. You're trying to do some sort of wireless bridge or wireless distribution system.
The easiest solution I see from Netgear would be their WGE111 Wireless Gaming Adapter.. Plug the ethernet from the computer in to the WGE111 and setup the WGE111 to talk to the router downstairs.
