Did POE kill the rest of TG BF2?

Might as well just take all other BF2 servers down except for special events. Some of them have never had a game on for months anyway.

Not sure if I'm alone but right now I feel like I'm forced to tag along due to the lack of any other option. There simply isn't a viable population to support vanilla 1.4 or TacMod.

POE is still great though for attracting players if nothing else. I'm hoping the developers will address the extreme infantry-unfriendliness in the next update to Tank Wars...oops, I mean POE.

I respectfully disagree about POE killing TAC MOD. I've logged on 3 or 4 tac mod nights since POE came on board. There is no denying population is down. No longer are there 30-40 players on tac mod nights. The last three times we averaged 10-12 per side and we had some excellent battles on 32 player maps. Slow cautious tactical teamwork on both sides have led to some excellent and intense small unit battles. I invite you to log on Sunday for TAC MOD goodness...Don't let a small number throw you.

Did TPG0007 start yet another thread to whine about something, but disguise it as a community question?

I think so:

Are PoE2 choppers overpowered?
Are Sniper rifles overpowered?
Why increase Attack Helo cannon explosion radius?
Can we take Euro Force out of the rotation?
The totally ridiculous dive shot.
Why does USMC win more on TG servers?

I have a new idea for a thread:

"Why is this game so fun and why does TG make it even more fun?"

Tac Mod nights are still going strong. Eventually games will change, update and improve. Maybe not everything will be to your liking, but starting multitudes of whine threads will do nothing to improve the situation. If there is a problem you see with the game balance, take it up with the PoE2 devs first.

PoE2 is far more balanced than Vanilla ever was. I don't get why you complain every time a new mod or game change occurs at TG. It just annoys the hell out of me when every time we go out of our way to take the community forward and nullify games going stale that there are a select group of luddites who bitch and moan about a game mode within weeks of it being introduced.

If this were a widespread opinion, I wouldn't mind as much, but the vocal minority is really getting me down.
