A Few POE Questions
HEllo again. . .TheRooster trying to make his comeback here. . .
I am downloading POE. A few ques: 1) Once I install POE, can I still play vanilla? How? 2) Is installation of POE so easy even I could do it? Just general stuff about POE. . .I'm ready and willing to make the jump, if that's where the sweet TG fights are. . . can't wait

Re: A Few POE Questions
Basically, you double click the thing you're downloading to install it. Then double click the shortcut it creates to play it. It doesn't change your vanilla stuff at all.

Re: A Few POE Questions
1) Adding a mod to BF2 doesnt change anything. Select the server that you want to play on and it will load the game whether it be regular BF2, TacMod, POE2, or any other mod. Of course you have to have the mod install or you will just see the server in red.
2) If you can patch BF2, you can install POE2.

Re: A Few POE Questions
BTW, tonight the server is passworded. You will need the password to login. Look it up and hop in tonight.

Re: A Few POE Questions
You might already know this. Depends on where you download the PoE2 mod from you might or might not need a password to unzip the file. The eariler file is password zipped and then PoE released another one which is not.

Re: A Few POE Questions
Good call RocketPunch. I think if you download from the main sites like fileplanet etc. you'll defintely have the unpassworded version. I think the passworded one is mainly floating around on torrents.
