Not confirmed, just posted at SimHQ so I thought I'd share...

(At least I can speak/read German well, lol)

Here are the only confirmed releases:

Austria Morphicon 30/11/06
Czech Republic BIS&JRC&CQE 10/11/06
Germany Morphicon 30/11/06
Poland Lem N/A
Russia Akella N/A
Switzerland Morphicon 30/11/06

PS: Whats Morphicon mean anyway.

Why wouldn't they release it via steam or direct2drive for other places (like the US)?

Is there some draw back to those methods?

I really hope they plan on releaseing at least an import able english version cause there is gonna be plenty of pissed off US fans if they dont.

OFP was in english so I see no reason why AA wouldn't be. I would imagine that the rest of the world will get shipments a month after the original

Well if they are planning on releasing this in November, I'd think a demo wouldn't be too far away (even if it is in another language).

1st Quarter 2007 for Australia. Not that impressive, but at least we have a release date listed (unlike others *nudge + wink to all you Yanks*).

Since all of my relatives outside of my immediate family still live in the UK I might be able to call in a favor for a pickup and send if the need arises.

They haven't announced the details yet, but they have confirmed downloadable delivery. I hope an English version is available shortly after the Czechs and Germans next month. We'll see.

Guys why dont you just get the German version? nearly all the speech is in english apart from some cuts scenes and intro's. text will be in German but this is easily modded and I predict it will be modded by the community within a few days of release.

There's a link on the left panels on AAZ to buy the German copy. Just think you could be playing Arma in just over a month.
