Not to nit-pick but the battle of Thermopylae might be the one of the most researched and written battle in the Persian Wars.

I actually want to see this, despite the fact my Ancient History Professor would probably kill me (I concentrated in Ancient History for my History Degree). Anyway, I like Frank Miller's creative style and think I can get past his many liberties. Besides Herodetus, the Greek Historian who wrote about the Persian Wars and the main source for the conflict took many of his own liberties.
