12th squad - Saturday

I want to thank everyone who passed through my squad tonight. I was on the losing side a few times, but my squad performed beautifully. I started out with a few new names, ended up with a powerhouse of regulars, all played very well. Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent games, you're welcome in my squad any time.

I am by nature a defensive SL (though I will attack if needed, only not well...) and my squad members were gracious enough to stick by their flag, even though it was usually not seeing much action. Holding back flags is crucial, and the major assaults we repelled proved that.

We held Backyard at Orel, when the rest of the team hurled themsleves at Church. Pushed back huge infantry assaults. Got best squad.

Holding the West Farm on Carpathian (my last round) went in intervals of 5 minutes of quiet, followed by 2 tanks, an APC, infantry and half a dozen snipers firing at us.

And a special thank you to BetterDeadThanRed1, who commaned us Gerries in Carpathian and did a fantastic job, in my opinion.

Great games tonight, and thanks for sticking with me.

Yeah good games last night. The 33rd rolled on the Ukraine side. All in all good games all around.
