VOIP not working?

I was getting a lot of reports of VOIP not working on the conquest server today (SUN 10/8). It was working yesterday though. Maybe the server needs to be restarted? Just letting the powers that be know.

EDIT - It seems the conquest server is down and has been down since this afternoon...

Weird...when tacmod first started this evening voip wasn't working either. But it was fixed with a server restart.

The Conquest one is down at the moment. May be it is being fixed.

I just wanna point out that we really need a little bit more resources for the Titan server or reduce the capacity to 32 players.

When the titan server is full the lag comes big time, that is 44-48 people on. When it is around 36-40 it is more stable and the lag is less distrupting. Thus the server never stays full.

Yep , i noticed that too. Sometimes it gets so bad that it isnt fun annymore to play on it lol. You see ppl slide over the floor instead of walking , you see ppl crasc with planes because of it , and the most funny thing is when 2 soldiers of opposing forces bump in to eachother when the lagspike just comes in , they start shooting everywhere ( extualy , i thought they where shooting at a duck that i was not able to see ;D) dooing more bad then good lol.

The qonquest server runs allot better. Stil , i think the servers need more restarts then the BF2 ones atm ( i can be wrong offcourse ;D)

That happened to me the other day, the other guy went prone, making it even harder for him to shoot me, I ended up managing to kill him. It was funyn seeing him on the floor shooting in the oposite direction.

I've seen that as well. Just seems like a lot of people aren't talking any more even on the TG servers. Strange....

My viop isn't working at all. Not on any servers. My "V" button works fine...it's the "B" button that won't work. I can hear everyone else but I can't speak to anyone but the SL.

I've done everything I can think of including re-installing the game twice. This is the only game I've had a problem. Could it be a bad DVD? Any suggestions are welcome.

You do know the V & B button are swapped between BF2 and 2142, correct?
