Graphic Problem?

Strange...

So I'm playing on a pubbie ranked server...trying to score some mad points. I'm running around like a lemming after mating season, trying to figure out where the darn "flag" is, when all of the sudden my screen starts looking very strange. Pixelated, horizontal lines, distored view, etc. Almost like a TV losing its connection.

I was on foot, getting hammered by a tank or something. Is this an indication that I'm being targeted and shot? My games running smooth on an older 9800XT, no problems at all...but the graphic "glitch" had me worried.

Is this part of the, er, excuse me..."ambience?"

You might have been hit with EMP... It messes with you bigtime..
Your HUD is like a television screen.. remember you are a soldier of the future and you are just as much machinery as you are man :-)

or could be your video card is having issues with the game.. lol

The world is so pretty on EMP... I find myself thinking 'Wow! Why can't the colours always be this vibrant?' It's like the shrooms of the 22nd century.
