TG-Irr 2142 division?

So I have seen quite a few TG-Irr flags running around 2142 and I am wondering if if there was any serious consideration of moving TG-Irr out of the BF2 section into a more generalized forum for people new to TG in all games, or forming an actual TG-Irr division in 2142?

Any feedback from the Officers would be greatly appreciated .

We are currently in discussion about how the Irregs will support both games. We know one thing for sure: The Irregulars will support both BF2 and BF2142. The best way to support them both is still being hammered out. We are open for suggestions so feel free to offer ideas.

Well, if the officers aren't playing both games, It might be a good start to figure out who is playing which game or both, and set up officers for each game, with an overall officer core for the general admin stuff.

I know I haven't set foot in 2 since I got 2142, as I am really enjoying the changes that have been made. I just wasn't sure if those of us who are moving on to 2142 more consistantly were going to be losing our places in the squad, so figured I should ask .

The 2142 players will not lose their places with the irregulars. We recognize that many people will migrate from BF2 to 2142 and we are working on supporting that. The first step was allowing the "TG-Irr" tag to be used as a prefix instead of creating an account. There is still much to do. Thanks for the interest.
