FireFox Problem

Ok, FF updated itself and now I have lost all my bookmarks. Anyone know how to get them all back?

Also, it will not let me bookmark any page or site.

I'm not on a windows machine right now, but dig down in My Documents/Application Data. They should be in there somewhere in an html file. Maybe you lost permissions to the folder for some reason.

I searched all over. I can find my favorites for IE but not the ones for FF. Have no idea where they are kept.

Ok, I found it. Icky had me unhide the hidden files and I found the backup bookmarks html file. I deleted the one in the main folder, renamed the back-up to bookmarks, moved it to the main folder and all my bookmarks are back.

Weird. I noticed my FF updated when I opened it earlier but didn't have any problems with it freaking out my bookmarks.
