Performance review

Was wondering if any of the TG I have squadded with/fought have any tips?

I play under Frodric most nights but have been on as Leadpipe and Yarsugoth as well.

Leadpipe is my support tester and Yarsugoth was my initial engineer test kit.

Any tips from those I've shot at or been shot by?

Re: Performance review

I have but two suggestions:

1) stop shooting me (you seemed to do a good job of that this afternoon)
2) let me shoot you more (you absolutely refused to let get some revenge this afternoon, after I so graciously let you fill me with lead on more than one painfull occasion)

Seriously though, I found you be a good opponent the couple times I played against you. Especially in a walker. You handed me my rear on more than one occasion (now I just have to repay you!)

If at first you don't succeed, you need more firepower.

There is nothing wrong with feeling something when you shoot your enemies... as long as that something is recoil.

Re: Performance review

Thanks. I would be fighting a bit more but as the longest playing non-supporting player the Admin script kicked me. No biggies came here to read up on tactics etc.

Been thinking about joining up since the pub servers really irk me.

Re: Performance review

It's funny how sometimes the same people keep showing up in your "you killed...." or "you were killed by..." messages. It seems like they are super players or completely terrible, but when you check the scoreboard you realize most of your kills were each other.

Re: Performance review

Ugh...I was a magnet for Saladfork's bullets yesterday. I always seem to find one or two people who just have my number. And not just on one map, but the entire time I'm playing that day...

Re: Performance review

Haha Hatefull, you weren't the only one. I was totally into the game last night. I got about 5000 career points, and ended each round with at least 4-5 combat efficiency pins. Though AzureWizard (sp?) was doing a fantastic job as well.

I'm sure you'll be able to pick up a bunch of easy points off me in the near future. Each of us has our "in" game, and I had mine last night, =)

And here's a shoutout to Reader and his squad. I had a fantastic time being in his squad on thursday, and seeing what good teamwork he had. More specifically though, I had an insanely fun time killing off his squad time after time last night, wondering what was going through his head,

Re: Performance review

On a related note, isn't it murphy's law that the guy standing in the back of a crowd of 7 people will be the first one to catch all the bullets?

Seems like that to me.

Re: Performance review

I remember you, Frodric. I think I killed you a couple of times, and you did the same to me. I think it might help you if you didn't take so long to aim, because I remember you looking straight at me and not shooting, so I killed you.
