Suicide FAV's

Now, as I write this, I do not mean to say "the rules are all wrong" I'm trying to point out something for you to think on...

Now as it comes under SUICIDE TACTICS, you cannot place RDX on vehicles for suicide reasons, but could I point his out. If a walker, say, was in the middle of a field and couldn't be taken down. Engineers repaired it and Infantry and Armour covered it. It was killing so many team-mates. Now wouldn't a commander sacrifice ONE of his soldiers to destroy it? So, what if they wired up an FAV and blew it up next to Walker?

As I said earlier (Top) I am NOT against the rules... I just want to point this out and hear your opinions.

With that said I think a few things wrong with "Suicide raids".

1) Just to take out a walker, in my opinion suicide tactics can ONLY be used as a last resort.

2) Using anything BUT an FAV. You wouldn't waste a $30,000 Jet-Transport on a walker! You would more likely use a $100 FAV.

It is againt our server rules, it is cheese and we dont like it here. I cant see this being changed.

And NO, commanders wouldnt do that. Think of the US military, I was in the navy and if my CO told me to due a suicide bombing to take out a vehicle I would laugh at him and report him immediately to his CO.


Edit: We play as people would on a real battle field (or at least try), 100$ for a FAV, what is a soldier life worth? What about that soldiers family? What about the massive lawsuit the Army would get from that soldiers parents?

Well that's your opinion, I don't WANT it changed.

Edit: Not even with debating. I will leave that up to everyoe else. Although I would like to know where you got your info from. CO are still doing this? Are you currently in the military and have seen this first hand?

By modern suicide I was more talking to the region of... Terrorists... but away from that, delete this thread if you want... just wondering... Ah well...

BTW: Wasn't arguing with rules. They should stay as they are.
