In case any of you who where running around in the one or two man squads on the German side check this forum, I'll point out that it is spelled

D-E-F-E-N-S-E

I never thought I'd see a 16 point game on that map, much less one where GER was leading for a significant part of the map. The UKR side was just as disorganized apparently, but somehow managed to eek out a win.

That was probably the best game I've played on that map yet.

Somewhere along the last couple weeks, I had given up hope that we would ever have close games again on Spies Like Us. We initially moved out to take the Watermill flag and were able to take it on our second push. After that, we held it until we left it to attack the camp at the very end of the game. Good games overall!

We had the win, we had the squads were they need to be to defend, but we had a team full of friggin idiots that weren't happy unless they were running an gunning across the whole damn map! You'd think after the fourth time I'm screaming on chat to stick and DEFEND some of them would have gotten the hint.

Not to mention the plethora of small man squads... I'm still getting pissed just thinking about that round.

Is there any script we can put in place to do an IQ check? Apparently, a load of genetically engineered monkeys were playing last night and I'd really rather that not happen again.

Anywho, my squad kicked ass and took names for the round.

We stopped you for your first push, then moved out to Camp and took and held that the rest of the round (except for a not to be mentioned 1 minute in which we lost the flag because we were bitching so much - took it right back though).

We saw you guys come in in the last few seconds and I was just waiting for some to pile up on the flag before I blew it - time ran out though and robbed me of my satisfaction.
