How to watch for Cheats and Cheaters

I wanted to begin a discussion about how to know if someone is cheating or using some sort of patch to use cheats while playing, primarily because I have no idea about cheats and I want more information on them; not to use them but to determine if someone is using them or not. I have just been recently very frustrated at constantly being found as sniper without firing a single round, being camo'ed behind bushes and trees on a faraway hill AND not seeing any enemy UAV overhead. I could swear these people are using cheats, but I cannot put my finger on it - and I would like to know if I'm just imagining things but it seems recently it has gotten very bad - almost every server I go to, I setup in the most remote/obscure position and immediately here comes an enemy dropship from the horizon coming straight in on my position (no friendly troops for miles) but they land right on my position then switch to guns, I camo and run behind buildings and the turret fire continues to follow me! I look up, and no UAV, so what is the deal! Is there a cheat that came out recently that allows these cheaters to know where you are on the map at all times?! Someone please tell me.. thx

If this person wasn't cheating then the commander probably Sat-Tracked the area then spotted you, guy probebly saw you while flying close and thought it would be a kill.

Sat Track does not require a UAV. After you have been spotted by Sat Track, a Commander can point at you with the mouse and choose "Sighted" and you will light up for a while on NetBAT.
