Welcome new TGRL admin!

Rocket Punch has accepted my invite to share in some of the operations of TGRL. He has admin access to the GTL server and can setup/adjust as needed.

We're also working on some ideas for helping TGRL regain momentum and grow. Announcements will come as we iron things out.

Anyway, many thanks to Rocket for jumping in with much needed enthusiasm and energy.

I'm looking forward to some more racing here in a few weeks... I'll be out of town 'till Feb 5th.
