Targeting Assist?
I don't jump into the walker that often, but last night I was in a walker on Sidi and saw a message at the bottom of the screen that said: "You got a targeting assist point."
Anyone know what this is? I've played quite a few hrs of 2142 and I don't recall ever seeing this before.

Re: Targeting Assist?
I'm thinking it's not anything but a bug. Similar to the Team vehicle damage indicator you get when you are nowhere near a vehicle and were never engineer, recon, or put out a sentry. They disabled it, but it sneaks by every once in a while in odd circumstances.

Re: Targeting Assist?
I got this message today, and I was wondering: does it have anything to do with being a recon, regarding the recon netbat fade delay? Just throwing out a wild guess here. I got this message while I was prone behind some crates, staring at them.
