Game Schedule

Just about every day I open the TG Irregulars forum to find out what is new. I also check the game schedule on the wiki board to find out what is scheduled for the day.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that members of the Irregulars are following this schedule. As for myself, I try to log into the game to see what is happening (having some problems with BF2 mods) and I generally don't find many, if any Irregular members there.

I don't want to come off like an a**hole, but after submitting a previous thread and reading responses to it, I believe that in order to become a more cohesive unit we should attempt to be in the same game. If the schedule needs to be updated to better fit player desires, maybe this would be a remedy. Just a thought.

Peace

Re: Game Schedule

Part of the problem is that we are Irregulars. I know that with my work shifts (I'm a field service inspector, so I work all three shifts at any given time day to day) I get online to play a couple rounds whenever I can, but it's almost always at different times. I find that most Irregs are on during the weekends, most likely because (as our motto says) we have jobs/real life interfering with our fun time.

If at first you don't succeed, you need more firepower.

There is nothing wrong with feeling something when you shoot your enemies... as long as that something is recoil.

Re: Game Schedule

You have a very valid point Boxcar. Everyone should be keeping an eye out for our fellow Irregs and creating the Irregulars squads. Unfortunately Hatefullsix is also correct. We are Irregulars and it can be hard to find anyone online. Be patient and keep trying.

When the schedule was created we knew that some tweaking might be needed. Lets try to adhere to it as it is for now and then we can tweak it if needed.

Re: Game Schedule

I just installed Vista and the only games I have installed are 2142 and RS:Vegas. Also I never played POE2 before, I guess I should give a try tomorrow.

PoE is a good time.

That said, the schedule is 'guidance'...and meant to help Irregs game with Irregs. Some people play PoE some don't, some people play BF2142 and some people don't.

Key thing here...is seek out your squad-mates and game with them.

Cheers,

Ah, heh...Ohhh...whew! Heh heh! ...Good one.

I wish I could know ahead of time when I could get on, but life is just too random.

Strike when the iron's hot. I'll give you a shout if I see you Boxcar.
